Who We Are
Our History
LACAB was founded in 1989 as a community support agency for the Missouri Department of Corrections to assist the local Probation & Parole officers. Over the years, it has grown in its ability to provide several kinds of services for not only offenders, but the local communities as a whole.
Our Mission
It is our mission to provide exceptional services and resources to meet the mental health, alcohol/substance use disorder, and offender rehabilitation needs to residents of our surrounding communities, as well as promote public safety and optimal quality of life.
Our Vision
To provide holistic, culturally competent, and wellness focused mental and behavioral health care services to all individuals across the lifespan to promote optimal wellness of individuals, their families, and the community through prevention, intervention, treatment, and education.
